Referrals
If you wish to claim Medicare rebates, you must have a current referral from your General Practitioner or Specialist. A GP referral is valid for 12 months, Specialist referrals lasts 3 months. Full upfront payment will be applied if you do not have a valid referral.
Fees
- We ask patients to settle accounts in full on the day of consultation. We accept payment in cash, credit cards and EFTPOS (we do not accept American Express or Diners)
- A portion of the fee can be claimed back from Medicare.
Cancellation or No show of appointment
We require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Please contact us to arrange another time or to cancel.
Failure to attend will incur a full charge of consultation with no rebate applicable.
